Scope and information we collect
This policy covers the public RoleClue website and introductory conversations. We collect the name and email you enter, the selected appointment time, your booking consent, and correspondence you choose to send. Hosting providers process technical request information such as IP address and request time to deliver and protect the site. The booking server derives a keyed hash of the caller’s network address for abuse prevention; it does not send that raw address in its calendar-bridge payload.
The website does not provide account registration, résumé uploads or payments at this stage. Please do not send passport numbers, identity documents or sensitive personal information through the booking form. Information you choose to share during a conversation is voluntary; you can decline to discuss any subject.
Why we use it
We use booking information to check availability, reserve the chosen time, send the calendar invitation, arrange or change the conversation, prevent duplicate or abusive bookings, and respond to enquiries. We also use your booking email to send the promised early-access invitation. Booking does not subscribe you to a general marketing mailing list. We do not sell your personal information or submit your booking details to an AI model through this website.
Providers and access
The founder operates the booking process. Amazon Web Services hosts the public site and booking API. Google Workspace, Calendar, Meet and Apps Script support business email, availability checks, invitations and conversations. Booking details are sent to the business calendar and included in the invitation to you and the business. GitHub hosts source and release automation; booking form submissions are not sent to GitHub by the site.
AWS regional booking processing is configured in Sydney. Its content-delivery network and Google’s services may process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they operate. We do not promise Australia-only storage. Provider information is available in AWS Privacy and Google Privacy.
Retention and security
Booking information is retained in the business calendar and correspondence systems while needed to organise conversations, handle follow-up and maintain necessary business records. There is no automatic deletion deadline currently implemented for those calendar and mailbox records. You can ask us to delete information that is no longer needed; some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or resolving disputes. Provider backups may not be deleted immediately.
We use encrypted connections and restrict administrative access. Credentials stay on the server or in approved credential storage. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We do not record conversations through this booking website.
Cookies and analytics
The public site does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies and has no Google Analytics tag enabled. See the Cookie Notice. Following a link to an external provider or joining a Google meeting is subject to that provider’s own privacy and technology notices.
Your choices and requests
You may browse without making a booking. Name and email are needed to send an invitation; if you prefer, contact hello@proairesis.digital to discuss another arrangement. You may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw from a conversation, or ask us not to send an early-access invitation by emailing privacy@proairesis.digital. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information.
Contact the same address with privacy concerns. We will review the concern and respond. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or another regulator with jurisdiction. Applicable legal rights are not restricted by this policy. We will update this notice before materially changing the site’s collection or use of information.
